Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator fluent in German to manage recruitment administrative tasks, support the recruitment and selection process, and maintain candidate records for all Swiss offices:
- Support recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records.
- Application system management
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Carrying out telephone interviews
- Facilitate communication between candidates, recruitment specialists, and HR management.
- Handle recruitment-related queries and provide timely assistance.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 year+ experience in Recruitment or HR administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in both English (B2) and German (C1).
- Good understanding of Recruitment processes.
- Experience working remotely and managing recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
