Responsibilities:
- Carrying out business correspondence in English.
- Coordination with international teams and assisting with translation issues.
- Preparation of accurate and well-structured reports for Management.
- Working closely with various departments.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including creating formulas, pivot tables.
- Automation of recurring processes to increase efficiency.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Completed training in administration, business administration or comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in administration with a strong focus on numbers and system applications.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Strong proficiency in English and German (B2), written and spoken.
- French is an additional advantage.
- Detail orientation and ability to work accurately in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
